The kitchen, with a Miele dishwasher and Sub-Zero refrigerator, opens via a breakfast bar to the dining area, while the double-height living room with a brick fireplace steps down toward the garden and pool, creating a dynamic interplay of compression and expansion. Japanese sliding doors connect the office and bedroom to the garden-facing hallway. Clerestory windows provide soft natural light and cross-ventilation, while direct outdoor access from nearly every room extends the living spaces into the surrounding landscape. A saltwater swimming pool, added in 2012, and a treehouse complement the garden setting. The residence offers three bedrooms, an office/library, and two bathrooms, with a newer roof installed in 2022.
